Get to know Lucas

From modest beginnings, Lucas grew up in a small German town in the heart of Bavaria before moving back to the UK as a young boy. 

​

At the age of 13, Lucas opened a cafe bistro in a local community centre, providing resident community groups with hot and cold beverages twice a week. Lucas invested the weekly profits back into stock, upgraded equipment and marketing to secure the growth of the venture.  Whilst Lucas' fortune wasn't made from cappuccinos and cookies - his entrepreneurial spirit and intuition certainly was.

Lucas is an alumni of City, University of London where he graduated with a Law L.L.B, and a Master of Laws L.L.M specialising in commercial, corporate, M&A and litigation. 

Whilst at university, Lucas generated a successful portfolio of Forex trades and grew his trading account by a factor of 10. The profits earned from Forex endeavours have now been re-invested into established and emerging stocks and ETFs, allowing Lucas to take a step away from the daily charts, to focus on alternative investment opportunities​.

Lucas qualified as a solicitor and practised in commercial transactional matters, company law and litigation. It was a regular occurrence for Lucas' billing to reach a quarter of a million pounds per annum. ​

Lucas focuses on his start-up endeavours, including Salt Mountain Recruitment,  as well as continuing legal practice.

​

Lucas divides his time between the Austrian Alps, the German Lake District and his home in the UK.
